Hey guys, I’m Iain Gomez, owner of Prodigy Productions. For as long as I can remember I’ve always had a passion geared towards cars. As a photography major studying at Savannah College of Art and Design, I’ve found a way to capture that passion by immortalizing great vehicles.
There are many garages building great cars in Miami, but Rodspeed stands out from the rest. I had the pleasure of meeting and collaborating with owner Rodrigo and business partner, Matias. We had the opportunity to set up a meeting and I was able to shoot their Acura RSX Type-S and 2JZ-swapped Genesis coupe.
The Acura RSX type-s is truly a machine to be admired. Posing as the companies show car one can see why Rodspeed is so successful. Made for the track, pushing 500 hp, custom parts and attention to even the minutest detail make the Acura an absolute head turner.
The Genesis Coupe is something you don’t come across everyday. Matias’ daily driver’s engine bay sports a full 2JZ engine swap and comes complete with a fuel cell. Yes, his everyday ride contains a fuel cell! If one is not immediately enamoured with those components alone, the roar coming from the Coupe’s straight pipes is sure to command your attention.
Rodspeed began as a small grassroots company. Since then, they have undoubtedly cemented a place for themselves amongst the Miami car scene. Rodspeed has proven that they are the shop to visit with any of your car needs.
