A couple of months ago I had the privilege to stop over at Singapore’s gorgeous Changi airport, en route to another destination. Having met the good people at Savage No Refrain at last year’s WTAC, I messaged the guys to see if there was anything happening. There wasn’t a specific event planned, but the guys offered to invite their network out for a couple of hours of hangs, right at the airport itself!
I hung out at the brand new Jewel shopping centre/park/amusement park, after which I headed over to a multi level carpark to meet the boys and girls who decided to show up.
One of the most modified CR-Vs I’ve seen, with a wild bodykit!
This Spoon widebody S2000 also had a Spoon hardtop.. It looked amazing in Moonrock!
I couldn’t get over the depth of the blue on this Scirocco. Is this a factory colour, anyone?!
Electric.
We don’t get many CR-Zs in Australia. I believe Singapore may have some sort of government backing for hybrids?
I had a good long chat with the owner of this subtle, flat grey R35 GT-R, particularly about how much their government clamps down on modifications. I guess it’s not just in Australia that this stuff happens! Good to see him rolling with bulk power on the streets anyway, rumoured to be over 700hp at the wheels..
As many of you might now, I’m a huge fan of S2000s, having owned 2 of them in the past. This cream colour is called Platinum White Pearl, I believe.
Looks amazing on graphite CE28Ns.
Cheers guys, was a great evening!
