Team Pig Garage are a full mechanical workshop down at Slacks Creek in Brisbane. Recently they put on two drift nights, allowing a smaller number of cars a LOT of track time compared to your normal competition events. This gave both new and experienced drifters to test and improve their skills. I went to both nights, but due to the limited number of cars, I’ve collated both into the one article.

Starting late afternoon everyone arrives and the drivers and their mates are straight into the cars, unloading them off trailers, changing wheels, making sure everything is where it should be.

Once all is in order, it’s out to the track for some fun.

Now there’s no such thing as a good drift night without some carnage, or something breaking.

But for the most part, everyone was just out there, doing what they love, having a great time!

This S14 was immaculate, by far my favourite car there.

Bit of screamer pipe action reflecting off the road under the 32!

Bit more screamer pipe flamage dropping sparks, this time from the S13.

All in all, two great evenings. Props to Team Pig or putting it on, and time to leave the track until next time!
