Last Sunday was meant to be a meetup with some Supercar friends, and a nice winding drive through the mountains. Weather had other ideas and decided to pour with rain. Instead we all met up in the Valley and figure where we would head.
There were a few cars in attendance. From AMG’s, to an R35 GTR, Gallardo, F430, and the ever fantastic LFA.
From here, we headed to Urbano, a cafe in the Northside suburb of Stafford Heights. After an amazing breakfast, it was a relaxed afternoon until we cruised back to a private opening of the new Lamborghini Brisbane dealership. (Through the tunnels of course) Located at 632 Wickham St, Fortitude Valley. The new dealership is beautiful.
It’s a lot brighter and projects a lot classier feeling than the last dealership, approximately 1km up the road. The cars are much more spaced out, allowing freedom to walk between them and get a feel at where your about to throw down your hard earned. With floor to ceiling windows fronting the entire dealership, there is a great deal of exposure for passers by. On the day, there were 3 Gallardos including one brand new 2013 facelifted Gallardo and 2 Aventadors on display. I was hoping the white Murcialago I had spotted last week would still be there, but alas it was not to be.
A vent, and a door.
The Nero Aldebaran black on the new and improved 2013 Aventador was incredible. I much prefer it over the Nero Nemesis matte black.
However my jaw dropped with the Bianco Moncerus pearl white.
This, with the new optional Dione wheels that were on the black Aventador would be the end of me.
However I may have to wait until next pay.
Brake calipers that come in every colour of the rainbow. (If rainbows were silver, red, yellow and orange.)
But certainly some choices available to match your pick of Lamborghini.
Was really good to take a closer look at the new and improved Gallardo (black) while we were there. A few noticeable exterior updates giveaway the facelift, including the more aggressive front bumper and new wheels that have been dubbed ‘blades’.
I wouldn’t feel as bad being stuck in traffic in an interior like this. But having fun up the mountains, or along a coastal road with the top down would be much more ideal!
Whilst pondering your first world decisions, you can wind down at this beautiful ‘CAFFE`’. Considering the products surrounding you, the pricing isn’t too bad!
Chasing a new pen? Only $49.50! A new wallet? No dramas. $143!
A fantastic new premises, Lamborghini Brisbane has captured the class and presence that goes hand in hand with buying a raging bull.
