Last Sunday I was invited along to a Porsche Club Cruise, starting from the Valley Porsche dealership.
The plan was to head through the Sunshine Coast hinterland, hitting Woodford, and ending up at Caloundra.
It was promising to be a beautiful day, perfect for a drive, but various festivals and a few roadworks put a huge dampener on the driving.
I was lucky enough to get a ride in a couple of pretty special cars, so that made up for it somewhat. One of them was Simon’s 964 C4S, converted to 993-spec by his dad. More of this coming soon.
Am still in love with the traditional redline tail lights.
We finally made it to Caloundra, and settled in for lunch.
